A third suspect has been arrested in the fatal shooting that occurred during Leesburg BikeFest in April.
Miguel Angel Torres, 37, of Rockledge, was arrested Tuesday afternoon after a warrant was secured by the Leesburg Police Department in connection with the shooting that occurred at the Circle K Gas Station at 3300 W. Main St. in Leesburg.
Torres is facing charges of conspiracy to commit murder, kidnapping and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon in connection with the shooting death of  41-year-old David Donovan.
On June 2, a grand jury was empaneled and returned an indictment against Torres.

He is being held without bond at the Lake County Jail.
Similar warrants and grand jury indictments were secured for Torres’ co-defendants, identified as Gregory Umphress, Marc Knotts and Jesus Marrero.
Of the four defendants, Umphress remains at large and has yet to be arrested. However, joint efforts between the Leesburg Police Department and the FBI are ongoing in his apprehension.
Anyone with information regarding Umphress’ whereabouts is encouraged to contact the Leesburg Police Department, or their local law enforcement agency.
