Officers were called to the store after employees spotted a man believed to have been involved in prior thefts at the store. The man had a large amount of clothing, but discarded the items after spotting law enforcement.

The man refused to provide identification. He resisted officers’ attempts to identify him with a Rapid ID device. He was found to be in possession of Fentanyl.
