The Villages won’t enforce the rules

To the Editor:

If the Villages is not going to make the rules for everyone, why have them? They don’t want to be the bad guys because then they would get bad publicity. So they make your neighbors do the dirty works. They are nothing more than cowards. But do I like seeing the signs? Absolutely NOT. But am I NOT going to run and make a complaint. Nothing ever happens. Heck there are kids living here and they don’t do anything about that. Maybe a class action suit should be brought against them for that.
