Morse family can pay for windmill and water tower

To the Editor:

Why should we have to pay for everything that goes wrong here? How could that be the friendly town that we have to pay for everything? The Brownwood entrance looks great with the cattle and cowboys. Why do we have to make it better than what it looks like now? If you think it is important Morse family, then you can pay for it.
