Letter to the Editor: Multi-Modal Path Striping

To the Editor:

Striping of the Multi-Modal path in District 4 was a foolish use of funds. If a person can’t determine where the approximate center is located, they should not be driving. Furthermore, if they can’t see at night, a prudent person would confine there trips to daylight hours.
