Diane Lynn (Cunningham) Pisczek, 67, of Leesburg, Florida, passed away on August 30, 2018 at Waterman Adventist Hospital. Born June 29, 1951 in Johnstown, Pennsylvania, she is the daughter of the late Evelyn Cunningham.

She was preceded in death by her sister Donna Lee, also of Johnstown.

She had dedicated her life to helping abused and neglected children, having served the past 16 years as Executive Director of Lake Sumter Children’s Advocacy Center and the 12 years prior as a Regional Director of Catholic Social Ministries in eastern North Carolina. She has approached her work with the aggressive philosophy, “We can’t change what already happened, but we can change what happens next.”
At her request, no public viewings or visitations are planned.
