A 38-year-old Wildwood man was arrested after he allegedly attacked his girlfriend as she slept in her bedroom in the early morning hours on Sunday.
Glenn Ladale Thompson, 38, was found at his home at 700 Industrial Drive and taken into custody on a felony charge of battery, according to an arrest report from the Wildwood Police Department. He had allegedly punched her several times.
Thompson was booked at the Sumter County Detention Center. Bond was set at $2,000.
