James Francis Lockwood

James Francis Lockwood, 85, of Summerfield, FL, passed away on Thursday, April 7, 2016 at The Brandley Hospice House. He was a proud Korean War veteran of The United States Army. He was a founding member of Southwest Christian Church in Ocala.

Survivors include wife of 63 years Dorothy Lockwood; daughter Laura Butcher (Bill); sons James Lockwood (Kim), Paul Lockwood (Brenda) and Steven Lockwood (Donna); and many grand and great-grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents Frances and Robert Lockwood; and sisters Audrey and Arlene.

A memorial service will be held on Monday, April 25, 2016 at 10 a.m., located at Southwest Christian Church, 9045 Southwest 60th Avenue, Ocala. Interment will be at Florida National Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Southwest Christian Church.
