Roberta Mae Edwards

Roberta Mae Edwards, age 74, of Leesburg, FL, passed away Thursday, March 23, 2017 in Leesburg, FL. She was the daughter of the late Richard and Robin Waugh Rickabaugh, and was born September 6, 1942 in Athens, Ohio.
Roberta was a licensed registered nurse, working most of her life as a nurse in the Rockwell Truck Axel Division in Heath, Ohio. She is survived by her husband Thomas D. Edwards of 55 years of marriage. Son, Thomas “Randy” Edwards and wife Mollie of Spring Hill, FL; Daughter, Kimberly Jo Wilhelm and husband Charles of Heath, Ohio; grandchildren, Abigail and Chandler Wilhelm both of Ohio. She was pre deceased by a grandson Samuel H. Edwards.

Memorial services will be held at a later date in Ohio.

In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be sent to Alzheimer’s and Dementia Resource Center, 1506 Lake Highlands Drive, Orlando, FL 32803
