Trump’s hate

To the Editor:
Donald Trump hates legal judges.  Trump thinks Judge Gonzalo Curiel hates him because the judge was appointed by President Obama, the judge is of Mexican descent, and the judge is hostile to Trump.  However, Judge Curiel was born in East Chicago, Indiana, not in Mexico.  While Trump is critical of the judge, other legal scholars think Trump (should?) could be subject to legal action “for indirect criminal contempt of court.” (Source: NYTimes, May 31, 2016, p. A12)

But legal action is not new for Trump because he faces a pile lawsuits based on a  scheme called “Trump University.”  The plaintiffs claim that Trump falsely advertised seminars to teach Trump’s real estate “secrets” and the truth is that Trump’s sales people were never trained on those “secrets.”   The New York State Education Department told Trump to stop using the word “university” because it was illegal to use it improperly.  Then Trump operated the illegal university until he was forced by the Court to change.
