Villager charged with battery, disorderly intoxication

Robert David Boyce, 62, 642 Rainbow Blvd., was charged by Lady Lake Police with battery, giving false information by a person lawfully detained and disorderly intoxication at 10:20 p.m. Dec. 23 in the 1000 block of Bichara Boulevard.

He posted bond and was released from the Lake County Jail. An arraignment date of Jan. 14 has been set.
