David Lee Day passed away at his home in Summerfield on Friday, October 17, 2014 at the age of 77. David is predeceased by his parents, Edgar and Agnes Day, and his brother, Owen Jr, and his sister Carol Rose. David is survived by his loving wife Sue of 51 years, 4 daughters, 3 son-in-laws, 4 grandchildren, nieces, and nephews. The Funeral Mass will be held at St Mark Catholic Church on October 23, 2014 at 10:00 AM; Interment to follow at Florida National Cemetery, on October 23, 2014 at 12:30 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to either; St Mark the Evangelist Catholic Debt Reduction Fund, 7081 Southeast Hwy 42, Summerfield, Fl. 34491; or St Jude’s Children Research Hospital; or a charity of your choice.
