Barbara A. West, 60, Leesburg, FL passed away on March 5, 2015 under the loving care of her family at Orlando Regional Medical Center in Orlando, FL. Mrs. West was born on April 15, 1954 in Mt. Holly, New Jersey to her parents Lawrence and Doris Tocco. Mrs. West was formerly employed by Shepherd of the Hills Lutheran Church in Clermont as a secretary for over 15 years. She and her husband moved to the Lake County area 25 years ago from Vincentown, NJ. Her and her family were former members of Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church in Clermont and are current members of St. Paul Catholic Church, Leesburg, FL. She loved spending time with her husband and two daughters. She is survived by her loving husband of over 40 years: Charles West of Leesburg, FL; two daughters: Lindsay West of Jacksonville, FL and Kelly West of Ewing, NJ; a brother: Lawrence Tocco of Mt. Pleasant, SC; a sister: Marie Hynes of Huntsville, AL; a niece: Tara KinKade; a nephew: Chandler Tocco. A Mass of Resurrection will be held on Monday, March 16, 2015 at 8:30 a.m. at St. Paul Catholic Church, Leesburg, FL. In lieu of flowers the family has requested donations be made to the Susan G. Komen Foundation of Central Florida at 1755 Oviedo Mall Blvd., Oviedo, FL 32765.
