Woman reports creepy incident at Spanish Springs Town Square

A 61-year-old woman reported a creepy incident that occurred at Spanish Springs Town Square.

The woman said that at about 9 p.m. Aug. 10 she was at the square with a friend. A man bumped into her friend’s chair and then grabbed the back of her neck inflicting pain, according to an incident report from the Lady Lake Police Department. He then left the immediate area.

She said that later as she was backing out of her parking space, the same man was in a golf cart and drove in front of her car and then left, the report indicated.

She reported the incident to police because she feared the man had her license plate number and would figure out where she lives.
