The vases were reported stolen from Faith Memorial Cemetery with a total estimated loss of approximately $6,000, according to an Ocala Police Department media release.

This past Friday, OPD contacted an employee at CMC Recycling and discovered that several cemetery vases had just been sold to them for scrap. The owner of the cemetery immediately responded to the location and positively identified the vases as being those stolen from his cemetery.

The CMC Recycling operations manager informed OPD that all of the vases had been brought in by one white female on Aug. 28 and Aug. 29. Review of video footage and photo identification of the person listed on the transaction identified the suspect as Tina Marie Nabbefeld.

Nabbefeld is being charged with two counts of dealing in stolen property and a warrant is in process.
