Villager with multiple DUIs sentenced to jail time after caught back behind wheel of car

Debra Marie Bellodi

A Village of Duval woman with multiple drunk driving convictions has been sentenced to 60 days in jail after she was caught back behind the wheel of a car.

Debra Marie Bellodi, 50, of the Village of Duval had been spotted at 2:30 p.m. March 6 driving a gray Toyota Matrix traveling on El Camino Real in The Villages, according to an arrest report from the Sumter County Sheriff’s Office.

A judge last year took away Bellodi’s driving privilege for the rest of her life. Her multiple driving under the influence arrests include a drunk driving arrest in a golf cart and another in a SUV.

Last week in Sumter County Court, Bellodi was sentenced to 60 days in jail. She began her sentence this past Tuesday.
