Lorene Steele

Lorene Steele, 91, passed away peacefully under the care of Cornerstone Hospice in The Villages with loving family by her side on December 9, 2019.

She was born to John and Ethel Williams on April 2, 1928 in Kansas. She was a resident of Fairbanks, Alaska for 33 years until she and her husband moved to Oregon. Lorene and Lawrence traveled together for many years across the United States before settling in The Villages.

Lorene is survived by her loving husband Larry of 73 years; daughter Cheryl Moore; son, Mark Steele; 4 grandkids; 9 great grandchildren; 2 great great grandchildren; many nieces, nephews and wonderful friends. Lorene is preceded in death by her son Jeff Steele.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, December 14, 2019 from 2-4 PM at Baldwin Brothers Heritage Chapel, 3990 East FL- 44, Suite 105, Wildwood, FL 34785.
