Ronald Smith

Ronald Noel Smith, 73, of The Villages, passed away Monday, March 30, 2020.

Mr. Smith was born October 10, 1946 in Beech Grove, IN to Clayton and Fannie Lee (Ashley) Smith. He was a U.S. Air Force Veteran serving during Vietnam. Ron was of the Assembly of God Faith and an avid golfer. He retired as the Associate Vice President of Facilities and Operations for the American University in Cairo, Egypt.

Survivors include his loving wife of 47 years, Susan; daughters, Jennifer Smith-Clark and son-in-law, Jose Martinez Clark of Midlands, TX and Jessica Lee Smith of The Villages. Ron was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Donald Joel Smith.

A limited family service will be held in the Banks/Page-Theus Chapel with interment in Florida National Cemetery.
