New chairman takes helm of AAC

Community Development District 1 Supervisor Carl Bell took over as the new chairman of the Amenity Authority Committee during Wednesday’s meeting.

After serving for two years as chairwoman of the Amenity Authority Committee, CDD 2 Supervisor Ann Forrester was term-limited out of the position.

Bell took control of the meeting after he was nominated.

Forrester reassumed a role as vice chairwoman.
