Local realtor enters plea, hires attorney after drunk driving arrest near Brownwood

A local realtor who resides in The Villages has entered a plea in Sumter County Court in a drunk driving case.

Timothy Hamilton Sennett, 59, who resides on Ola Terrace in the Village of Lake Deaton, entered a plea of not guilty Tuesday and demanded a jury trial in the wake of his Oct. 27 arrest after he was spotted speeding on State Road 44 near Brownwood. You can read more about his arrest HERE

Sennett has retained attorney James E. Wade III to represent him.

He is due back in court on Dec. 15.

Sennett deals in commercial real estate under the RE/MAX banner.
