A Rolling Acres Apartments resident was arrested early Tuesday morning after an alleged attack on his pregnant girlfriend over her phone usage.
Steven Richard Allen Jr., 20, is facing a charge of domestic aggravated battery of a pregnant female.
He grew angry with the woman because she was talking on the phone shortly after 2 a.m. at a residence in the 900 block of April Hills Boulevard, according to an arrest report from the Lady Lake Police Department.
She stepped outside, and he punched her in the head, threw her to the ground and bit her, the report indicated.
He was booked at the Lake County Jail on $4,000 bond.
