Five more executive golf courses in The Villages will be closing due to excessive rain

Five more executive golf courses in The Villages have closed due to excessive rain.
The latest courses that are closing are Chula Vista, Mira Mesa, Heron, Pelican and Volusia executive golf courses. This follows on the heels of Friday’s shutdown of Sweet Gum, Mangrove, Palmetto, Turtle Mound, Sandhill and Bonita Pass executive golf courses.
