Why no water volleyball?

To the Editor:

I’m trying to understand why water volleyball has not been reinstated. We play six on a team in chlorinated water. Three-quarters of the people already wear some kind of face covering due to the sun. I don’t understand why John Rohan has so much clout in saying “no” to all of the ambassadors of the pools that he’s had meetings with.
