Driver blames bad tires in accident on County Road 466

A 21-year-old Lady Lake woman was ticketed on a charge of careless driving after her car left the roadway and struck a fence at about 5 p.m. Sunday on County Road 466.

Kirstyn R. Rust was ticketed after her vehicle struck a fence at Quality Tire and Brake in Lady Lake.

Rust told the officer from Lady Lake Police Department that her tires were worn and she lost control while it was raining, according to the accident report.
