Lady Lake man arrested again for driving while license suspended

A 20-year-old Lady Lake man was arrested by a Sumter County sheriff’s deputy Thursday morning on a charge of driving while license suspended.

Kevin Daniel Kott, who lives on Primrose Lane in Lady Lake, was pulled over shortly after 7 a.m. at U.S. 301 and County Road 466.

The deputy checked on the status of his license and discovered it was suspended for failure to pay traffic fines. He also had  a conviction for driving while license suspended on Jan. 17, 2014.

He was transported to the Sumter County Detention Center where bond was set at $500.
