Carmelita Dizon Bondoc, 80, of The Villages, FL, died July 8, 2016 at 1 p.m. in the comforts of her home in The Villages. Lita was born on December 25, 1935 in Manila, Philippines. She was a Doctor of Dental Medicine and graduated from Manila Central University in the Philippines. She worked at Edgewater Hospital in Chicago, IL for 35 years.

She is survived by her loving husband of 48 years Atilano D. Bondoc; son Norman (wife Jean); daughters Verna (husband Todd) and Ellen; grandchildren Evan (19), Peyton (17), Delaney (14), Haley (11), Michael (15), Nicholas (11) and Jameson (4).

A visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 12, 2016 from 2 – 4 p.m. with a prayer service at 4 p.m., located at Hiers-Baxley Funeral Services, 1511 Buenos Aires Blvd., The Villages. A funeral mass will be held at 8:30 a.m. on Wednesday, July 13, 2016, located at St. Timothy’s Catholic Church, 1351 Paige Place, The Villages, FL 32159.
