Lane closures planned for work at World Equestrian Center site

Marion County motorists can expect a temporary lane closures in Ocala along NW 80th Avenue/NW 70th Avenue Road from Oct. 31 to Jan. 30, 2019.

The lane closures will take place south and north of NW 21st Street for construction of turn lanes for the World Equestrian Center entrance.

Crews will place barricades, signs and flaggers to direct traffic through work zones. Travelers should expect delays and are encouraged to use alternate routes whenever possible. Adverse weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances may affect the work schedule.
