Lyle J. Laveau

Lyle J. Laveau, age 85, of The Villages, FL, passed away September 21, 2018 in Oxford, Florida. Lyle was born on March 22, 1933 to Alex and Mable (Brunette) Laveau in Cromwell, Minnesota.

Lyle married his wife Dolores N. Hill on March 1, 1958 in Duluth, MN. Lyle and Dolores moved to Florida from Racine, Wisconsin in 1995.

Lyle proudly served his country by serving in the U.S. Army during the Korean War. Lyle was a graduate of UMD in Duluth, MN and was an accountant for Harris Metals for 30 years.

Lyle is survived by his wife, son Robert and Patricia Laveau of Raleigh, NC, son Kevin and Ginger Laveau of Waukesha, WI, daughter Renee and James Heney of Leawood, KS, and daughter Tammy and Larry Proko of Kenosha, WI, grandchildren Rachel and Dreu Viola, Leah and Andy Pitts, Alissa and Mouath Halabia, Thomas Heney, Katherine Laveau and David Gardner, and Karlie Laveau and Tony Bettack, and four Great-Grandchildren.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date at Proko Funeral Home in Kenosha, WI.
