A 23-year-old Lady Lake man was arrested by a Sumter County sheriff’s deputy Sunday evening after presenting a Guatemalan passport and driver’s license rather than a Florida driver’s license when he was pulled over for speeding.

A check by the deputy showed that Jonathan Enrique Aceituno, who listed an address on Brandy Court in Lady Lake on jail records, had no valid Florida driver’s license. Aceituno told the deputy he has been living in Florida for the past two years.

According to the arrest report, Aceituno had been driving at 60 mph in a 45 mph zone on County Road 466 near Buena Vista Boulevard when he was pulled over.

Aceituno was arrested on a charge of no valid driver’s license and was transported to the Sumter County Detention Center where bond was set at $500.
