77-year-old Ocala woman critically injured in collision with motorhome driven by her husband

A 77-year-old Ocala woman was critically injured in a collision with a motorhome driven by her husband Sunday afternoon in Marion County.

Evelyn Haas had been at the wheel of a 2013 Honda CRV at 4:21 p.m. when she was making a left turn onto SW 81st Terrace from SW 103rd Lane when her car hit the rear of a  2010 Allegro motorhome driven by 77-year-old Michael Haas also of Ocala, according to an accident report from the Florida Highway Patrol.

Evelyn Haas was transported by Marion County Fire Rescue to Ocala Regional Medical Center.

Michael Haas escaped injury.
