Three televisions and golf equipment were reportedly stolen from a home in Hilltop Estates in Summerfield.

A Marion County sheriff’s deputy responded to a residence located at 9573 SE 165th Lane in reference to a burglary, according to an incident report. Upon arrival, deputies made contact with the brother-in-law of the homeowner, who advised that upon his arrival at the home, he saw that the front door was open, the report stated. The brother-in-law advised he saw the front door was pried open and that televisions were missing. He stated that he did go inside and touched several items, as well as noticed that the screen on the porch was cut. The panel next to the pried open front door was also damaged.
