Robert Devine

Robert Henry Devine, 72, passed away January 27, 2019.  He was born to Paul and Lucille Devine on March 15, 1946 in Madisonville, Kentucky.  Bob graduated from Madisonville High School in 1964. Bob served his country in the United States Army Reserves being discharged in 1971. He was a dedicated TVA employee for over 30 years.

After retiring he moved to The Villages, FL where he has spent his time enjoying playing golf, completing jigsaw puzzles, and working in the Villages Woodshop. He enjoyed working on special projects, as he was passionate and highly skilled in woodworking. He was a kind man who went out of his way to help others.

He is survived by his loved and dedicated wife, Brenda Devine; two sons Robert (Patricia) Devine II of Lee’s Summit, MO and Jeff (Lora) Devine of Clarksville, TN; and one daughter Aleta Sisk of Lewisport, KY; 5 grandchildren, Isaac Devine, Elijah Sisk, Ian Devine, Seth Devine, and Jonah Sisk; He is also survived by a brother, Lewis (Joyce) Devine and a sister, Karen (Jim) Howard.   Bob is also survived by his step-children Jeffrey (Megan) Unruh, Michael (Karen) Unruh; and step-grandchildren, Norah Unruh, William Unruh, John Unruh, Eric Unruh, Ava Unruh, and Bevan Bowser, Morgan Bowser, Mikylee, Bowser.  He is preceded in death by his parents and granddaughter, Emily Kate.

Visitation and viewing will be held Thursday, January 31, 2019 and Friday, February 1, 2019.  Both days the viewing and visitation will be held at Baldwin Brothers Funeral Home from 2-4 pm located at 3990 East FL-44, Wildwood, Florida 34785.  In lieu of flowers donations can be made in Robert’s name to The Villages Woodshop.
