73-year-old resident of Recreation Plantation reports theft of ‘for sale’ items

A 73-year-old resident of Recreation Plantation in Lady Lake reported the theft of “for sale” items.

The man, who spends part of the year here and has a Georgia driver’s license, put out a Winegard TV satellite dome locator and a 36-foot RV cover with a “for sale” sign in his front lawn, according to an incident report from the Lady Lake Police Department. The man on March 28 noticed that the items were missing. The total value of the items that were taken is $1,054.

The report noted the “for sale” sign also was taken.
