Peggy Hansard

Peggy Olean Hansard, 76, of Fruitland Park, FL was born July 15, 1942 in Gorman, Texas to Nathaniel Jackson and Doris Bingham Adcock and passed away peacefully May 19, 2019. Mrs. Hansard moved to the Leesburg/Fruitland Park area in 1963 and remained a resident for 50+ years. She was a member of the former First Baptist Church of Fruitland Park, now Heritage Community Church and enjoyed socializing with her friends and in earlier years, bowling. Her greatest joy and pastime in her later years was her grandchildren.

Survivors include her children: sons Mark (Jody) Hansard of Denver, CO and Mike (Pam) Hansard of Fruitland Park; daughter Gwen (Ron) Lewis of Hazelhurst, GA; 12 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren. Peggy now joins her husband Elbert to be with their Lord.

A Memorial Service and Celebration of Life will be held on Thursday, May 30, 2019 at 10 AM at Heritage Community Church, Fruitland Park.
