Amenities for apartments at Brownwood

To the Editor:

It is sad to see The Villages sink in reputation.
Once we had a cap on the population in an age-limited community. The older residents were told the cap was 105,000. There also was a cap on the amenity fee. It is hard to get a tee time in the winter.
Now with the apartments getting the rights without the individual paying per household and overcrowding of the facilities we will be forced to pay more for upkeep.
I doubt our founder would approve this. We were told when the build out is complete your property will be worth more. So many promises lost.
