The VHA will give residents chance to learn more about Community Standards

The VHA will give residents chance to learn more about Community Standards.

The event is set for 6 to 7:30 p.m. Thursday, March 21 at Ezell Recreation Center.

Community Standards has been in the news a great deal recently and kudos to The VHA for giving residents a chance to hear about the rules and regulations straight from the source.

The program will include a review of what the different deed restrictions are and how to find out what restrictions are applicable to the individual homeowner. An explanation of how to obtain Architectural Review Board approval when required will also be presented, in addition to a discussion of how to obtain, read and understand your site plan.

The presenter will be Matt Armstrong, the head of Resident Services.

You need to register for the event and can do so at this link: https://www.thevha.net/event/deed-restrictions-and-community-standards/
