Detectives seek suspect who used stun gun in heist at Oakland Hills Professional Center

Sumter County sheriff’s detectives are seeking the public’s help in the search for a suspect who used a stun gun to rob a business at Oakland Hills Professional Center.

The man knocked on the door at 10:15 a.m. Saturday at Go Bananas, a gaming location in Suite 301, and requested to come in to play games on the machines. The suspect, armed with a stun gun, then ran behind a female employee and sparked the stun gun. He demanded she put all the money in his orange in color string tote bag. The employee said the suspect threatened to kill her if she did not follow his instructions. The suspect left the premises with an undisclosed amount of money.
